Void's conference room and reception area can be hired for a variety of formal and informal occasions, for example meetings, conferences, seminars, performances, rehearsals, private functions and exhibitions. Void has full disability access.

Private Exhibitions
The flexible nature of the space also allows for the hosting of independent exhibitions. With and established visitor audience, Void has played host to a number of charity and touring exhibitions.

Private Functions
Capacity: 50 approx The reception area of Void is ideal for hosting private functions in both the daytime and evening. This inviting space is the ideal location for charity fundraising events, informal talks, meetings and children's parties.

Technical Assistance
Technical assistance can be provided for the installation of exhibitions, both on and off site. Void works with a photographer who provides a specialised service in the documentation and archiving of art works, as well as recording public and private events.
