This ecosomatic walking workshop invites you into a day of embodied exploration, bridging urban and ecological spaces through hands-on engagement with clay, soil, wild seeds, and movement, as pathways to deeper ecological and physical awareness.
Led by Gail Mahon, the workshop interweaves art, science, and creative research, offering a sensory and problem solving experience that explores bone health, natural movement, and our connection to the more-than-human environment – echoing ancestral practices of walking, carrying, gathering, and sharing, where skin meets soil.
