Everyday Drawing for Mindfulness

Using everyday objects for inspiration this online session with Stephanie Gaumond uses drawing as a mindfulness tool. There has been extensive research into how drawing can support health and wellbeing and in recent years we have seen an increase in people engaging in the activity from adult colouring books to mindful drawing classes.
