On Tuesday 26th September the engagement team from The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission will be facilitating an interactive human rights workshop for secondary schools at Void Art Centre to accompany our current exhibition right?, by Banu Cennetoglu!

These interactive workshops aim to raise awareness of human rights and the work of the Commission in protecting human rights in Northern Ireland. It will equip students with knowledge of their rights and pertinent human rights issues in NI such as climate change, children’s rights, poverty, and mental health. They will be aimed at GCSE/ALevel age groups.

These workshops will start with a tour of Banu Cennetoglu’s exhibition, right?, by Void staff.

Spaces are limited on each time slot so if you are a teacher and this looks like something your students would be interested in, book free tickets for your students as soon as possible (you are required to book one ticket per student – teachers and assistants do not require tickets but are required to be present during the workshop).
