On Sunday 15 August, join us for an online screening of Lizzie Borden’s Born in Flames. Elizabeth Price has included the film on a list of recommended watching alongside her exhibition CHOREOGRAPH at Void Gallery.

Born in Flames is a documentary-style, feminist fiction film that is set in near-future New York, 10 years after the “social-democratic war of liberation,”. In the film diverse groups of women organize a feminist uprising as equality remains unfulfilled. Preserved by Anthology Film Archives with restoration funding from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association & The Film Foundation.

The film will be available to view on Void’s website from 6pm – 11pm so you can watch at a time that suits you. Booking is necessary to get access to the web page, so please sign up via Eventbrite.

We will send a link to your email in advance.
