An online reading room as part of Void Art Centre’s programme, Composting for the future, facilitated by curator and regenerative farmer Karla Sánchez, co-founder of Blackbird Cultur-Lab.
This reading group will think through texts shared by Karla during the project, held in a temporary library resource at Void Art Centre. The texts expand on farming and agriculture from historical, political-economy, and regenerative-agriculture perspectives.
The selected readings from the library collection of Blackbird Cultur-Lab will focus on the importance of the health of the soil as it relates not only to food production and creating a healthier environment but to human health and wellbeing
