Small Histories: Mobile Film workshop with Mara Cavalli

As part of Void Visionaries, we are running a film course for 16-20 year olds with Mara Calvi. In the four workshops, you will produce a short film and familiarize yourself with the different stages of video production (pre-production, production and post-production). The cost to secure your spot on the workshops is £5.

Day 1: Shooting videos with iphone planning
Content and ideas discussion
Equipment reviews and consideration
Storyboard development
Location, composition and lighting set-up and shooting
Day 2: Practicing shooting techniques
Set-up and shooting
Review of footage
Sopund recording introduction
Day 3: Capturing audio and sound recording
Introduction to audio and video editing techniques
Day 4: Basic editing
Timeline, transitions, colour grading, titles
